Meet Asia.
Your coach and program designer, Asia Bribiesca-Hedin, is a leadership strategist and certified executive coach with a background in strategy execution and management consulting at Ernst & Young.
She works with mid-career and senior leaders who are capable, driven, and often doing everything right — but still not seeing the results they want.
Her work focuses on helping leaders make high-quality decisions under pressure so their effort goes toward priorities that matter and leads to results they can see and measure.
Asia has supported leaders across healthcare, technology, start-ups, and public service. She earned her undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University, holds two advanced degrees from the University of Southern California, and completed executive education at Cornell — blending academic rigor with more than two decades of real-world leadership experience

The Unshakeable Leader is an annual program intentionally designed to support your leadership growth today, tomorrow, and as you continue advancing. It’s not a short-term subscription you can cancel anytime — it’s a 12-month structure for building lasting leadership habits and results.
Q10: Can you invoice my company?
Yes. For this program, payment is required in full before participation begins, but I’m happy to issue an invoice to your organization. Once the invoice is paid, you’ll receive immediate access to your onboarding and program materials.
Q11: What time are the weekly sessions?
Session times will be finalized closer to launch. All sessions are recorded, and you’ll have access to the recordings, the member community, and the “Ask an Executive Coach” feature — so even if the live schedule isn’t ideal, you’ll still have full access to all the support, content, and implementation guidance you need.
Q12: When does the program begin?
The program officially begins the first week of November. You’ll receive your onboarding details and welcome materials ahead of time so you’re ready to start strong.
Q13: What if I’m out during the holidays?
We expect many members will take time off during the last two weeks of the year. During that time, we’ll host open coaching and implementation sessions to help you revisit and deepen your mastery of the protocols introduced in previous months.
Q14: What if I’m unhappy with the program?
